This person will be responsible to schedule a qualified interpreter as needed and requested for the service or event in question. Ensure there is a list of volunteers to always assure this service is rendered.
It is the belief of TOGC that any Church attendee must be able to understand the spoken narrative of the service. Interpretation services are necessary and should be available to anyone who needs it as we encourage our members to integrate themselves as much as possible. At this point, interpretation services can only be offered in Haitian-Creole, French, English, and perhaps Spanish at times.

The Sunday School Teacher teaches a class of multi-age Students each Sunday morning as scheduled, in accordance with the mission and vision of the congregation, and the goals, objectives and policies established by the Faith Formation Board/Committee.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the session in order to allow enough time to set up.
Create, teach, and oversee regular leadership opportunities for the service of corporate worship by the students, in cooperation with the senior minister.
Converse with the Students’ parents after class to establish cooperative relationships with them.
Become intimately familiar with the curriculum materials, and design lesson plans mindful of the mission and vision of the congregation, and the goals, objectives, and policies established by the Faith Formation Board/Committee.
